Identifying and activating the vision by building the right team and assessing the people at your table. Curating staffing and volunteerism strategies for your strengths and weaknesses.

Mastering Dual Efficacy
Strategy to present your organization virtually through innovation and technology. Going beyond the lens with programming for the virtual consumer, member, and volunteer.
