The Lifting As We Climb Mentorship Program is designed to motivate and navigate college students through their academic pilgrimage. Both Dr. Joseph and Stephaine Walker have achieved terminal degrees from Ivy League Institutions. The mentorship program was birth out of their desire to share their experiences with other students so they will maximize their opportunities. This is accomplished by the following:

• Emotional and Spiritual Support
• Fostering Fellowship Among Students and Professionals
• Book Clubs
• Mentoring and Mentee Opportunities
